महिला के परिजनों ने पुलिस अधीक्षक से की शिकायत
जितेंद्र कुमार विश्वकर्मा, शहडोल। शहर के वार्ड न. 8 स्थित अवैध राज क्लीनिक पर गंभीर लापरवाही और अवैध संचालन के आरोप लगे हैं। स्थानीय निवासी रवि केवट ने पुलिस अधीक्षक शहडोल को आवेदन देकर बताया कि उनकी पत्नी सीमा केवट का इलाज इस क्लीनिक में कराया गया था, जहां गलत इंजेक्शन लगाने से उनकी हालत बेहद गंभीर हो गई।
आवेदन के अनुसार, सीमा केवट को कमर दर्द की शिकायत थी, जिसके इलाज के लिए वे राज क्लीनिक गईं। वहां डॉक्टर ने बिना किसी मेडिकल जांच के इंजेक्शन लगाया। इंजेक्शन लगते ही महिला की तबीयत बिगड़ने लगी, उन्हें चक्कर आने लगे और वे गिर पड़ीं। इसके बाद परिजनों ने उन्हें आनन-फानन में जिला अस्पताल शहडोल में भर्ती कराया।
परिजनों के मुताबिक, जिला अस्पताल में इलाज के बावजूद मरीज की स्थिति में कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ। पूरे शरीर में सूजन, लाल चकत्ते और मुंह फूल जाने जैसी प्रतिक्रियाएं हुईं। हालत गंभीर होते देख परिवारजन महिला को अमृता हॉस्पिटल ले गए, लेकिन अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने इलाज से मना कर दिया। तत्पश्चात सीमा को आदित्य हॉस्पिटल शहडोल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां पांच दिन तक इलाज के बाद डॉक्टरों ने परिजनों को सलाह दी कि मरीज को अब जबलपुर या नागपुर ले जाकर आगे का इलाज कराना होगा।
आवेदक ने आरोप लगाया है कि राज क्लीनिक बिना किसी वैध रजिस्ट्रेशन या मेडिकल डिग्री के संचालित हो रहा है, जिससे लोगों की जान खतरे में पड़ रही है। उन्होंने संबंधित डॉक्टर और क्लीनिक संचालक के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
स्थानीय नागरिकों ने यह भी सवाल उठाया है कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग की घोर लापरवाही के चलते ही ऐसे अवैध क्लीनिक खुलेआम चल रहे हैं। विभागीय अधिकारी न तो इन संस्थानों का निरीक्षण कर रहे हैं और न ही कार्रवाई। नागरिकों का कहना है कि यदि स्वास्थ्य विभाग समय-समय पर निरीक्षण करता, तो इस तरह की घटनाएं सामने नहीं आतीं।
इस पूरे मामले में पुलिस थाना कोतवाली शहडोल में शिकायत दर्ज की गई है। अब देखना यह होगा कि प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग इस गंभीर प्रकरण पर क्या कार्रवाई करते हैं।
