राहुल सिंह राणा, ब्यौहारी (शहडोल)। सरकार जहां एक ओर गांव-गांव सड़क बनाने और विकास की योजनाओं की बड़ी-बड़ी बातें करती है, वहीं ज़मीनी सच्चाई कुछ और ही कहानी बयां कर रही है।
ताज़ा मामला विधानसभा ब्यौहारी के अंतर्गत आने वाले गांव बुढ़वा धरी नं.2 का है, जहां सड़क न होने की वजह से एक 29 वर्षीय महिला की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई।
बताया जा रहा है कि सोमवार-मंगलवार को हुई बारिश के बाद गांव के रास्ते में भारी कीचड़ हो गया था। महिला इसी कीचड़ भरे रास्ते से गुजर रही थी, तभी उसका पैर फिसल गया और वह गिर पड़ी। हादसे में महिला को गंभीर चोटें और उसकि अस्पताल ले जाते समय रास्ते में मौत हो गई।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि कई बार प्रशासन और स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों से गांव में सड़क बनवाने की मांग की गई, लेकिन अब तक सिर्फ “आश्वासन” ही मिला।
लोगों का आरोप है कि भाजपा सरकार “गांव-गांव सड़क” और “विकास” का ढोल तो खूब पीटती है, लेकिन जमीनी स्तर पर हालात आज भी वर्षो पुराने जैसे हैं।
इस पूरे घटनाक्रम का एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया में वायरल हो रहा है. वायरल हो रहे वीडियो में गांव का कीचड़ भरा रास्ता साफ दिख रहा है. जहां लोग रोज़मर्रा की जरूरतों के लिए पगडंडियों और कीचड़ भरी गलियों से गुजरने को मजबूर हैं। 300 गांव की इस बस्ती में आजादी के 79 वर्ष बाद भी आज तक कोई सड़क नहीं है.
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि अगर गांव में सड़क बनी होती, तो शायद यह हादसा टल सकता था।
अब सवाल यह उठता है. क्या सरकार केवल प्रचार में ही विकास कर रही है, या वाकई में जनता तक सुविधाएं पहुंचा रही है.
